WHO YOU'RE WORKING WITH | IT'S GOOD MARKETING SOLUTIONS

MEET THE TEAM

David Albert, Founder & CEO

Every company promotes its specialty. For some, it’s immense production value. Others specialize in data analysis.

“For me, it’s customer service. Too many companies take people’s money, and the only way clients can reach them is via e-mail or a zoom screen,” David said. “They feel cheated. I always want my clients to know I’m a phone call away from solving their issue.”

Three years after graduating from The University of the Incarnate Word, David founded “It’s Good!” Marketing Solutions. Now, we’re one of Dallas- Fort Worth’s fastest-growing marketing and media production companies.

Who you're working with:

Tyson Cash

Tyson Cash, director of operations, is the behind-the-scenes person who turns the dynamic video content he receives into reels and stories for social media and brand videos for clients.

Tyson, an Austin native, oversees the entire content-creation process from receipt through delivery. He’s forever tinkering with our workflow efficiency because he’s committed to client satisfaction.

Tyson earned a Bachelor’s degree in advertising from Texas State University and a Master’s in Marketing from the University of Texas at Dallas.

When he’s not working, you can find him on local hiking trails and finding treasures at garage sales.

Elise Bostian

Elise Bostain, director of editing and graphics, discovered a passion for creating graphics and editing videos during the pandemic.

She finds joy in making content tailored specifically to each brand to convey its unique message in daily or weekly posts.

Elise, a Dallas native majoring in history with a minor in creative writing, attends Texas State University.

When she’s not creating graphics for clients, Elise enjoys thrift shopping for vintage clothes and writing short stories.

Estefanía Fresno

Estefanía Fresno, Executive Assistant. She is a marketing and events professional with over 8 years of experience spanning digital campaigns, BTL activations, and brand strategy, built around one core belief: that great marketing is equal parts creativity and data. In her role as Executive Assistant, she brings that same mindset to every task, anticipating needs, managing complex priorities, and ensuring nothing gets lost between strategy and execution.

What sets her apart is her ability to lead projects from start to finish while keeping every detail aligned with the bigger picture. Passionate about marketing and advertising in all its forms, Steff has a natural talent for building brand experiences that resonate, whether managing a large-scale event, coordinating a digital campaign, or developing the kind of storytelling that turns audiences into communities.

Get to know your new marketing expert, David Albert.

Few things compare to the pressure of lining up for a critical kick in a Division I football game before a throng of screaming fans. That’s the moment when preparation supersedes all else. It’s about embracing the moment, seizing the opportunity, and executing flawlessly.

David Albert, CEO and founder of “It’s Good!” Marketing Solutions takes a similar approach with every client. He embraces each client’s lofty expectations. Then, he examines their specific challenge, collaborates with his team to create a game plan, and executes it. Albert, a kicker at Alabama State and The University of Incarnate Word, knows no other way.

“Anyone can call themselves a marketing company or a videographer, but when that pressure kicks in, and you need to make chicken salad out of chicken poop, people fold. I’ve had the pressure of kicking in front of 82,000 people on national TV, and I didn’t fold. In those high-pressure situations, I shined. Your coaches and teammates are counting on you, so you have to figure it out, rise to the occasion, and create results.

My business is fairly new, but I’ve used this process for over a decade. It works. I get results.” David earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a minor in finance from UIW in 2020 and immediately became a senior marketing officer for DFW Dental Company in 2020. His professional life changed in 2021 when he became Greening Law’s executive marketing director.

Robert Greening, one of Dallas-Fort Worth’s most respected personal injury attorneys, shared his business acumen with David. Greening’s information and David’s unique understanding of consumer behavior and client commitment helped grow the law firm’s business by 182 percent.

When David broached the topic of starting his own company, Robert supported him. In 2022, he formed “It’s Good!” Marketing Solutions. For months, David worked 40-60 hours a week at the law firm, returned home, and worked on his business until the wee hours of the night.

A year later, late in 2023, he left the law firm and shifted to grow his own marketing firm, “Its Good Marketing Solutions” full time. David knew creating a company would be challenging, but it couldn’t be any more difficult than pushing a 300-pound sled the length of a football field under the searing Alabama sun during off-season conditioning. “You can’t lose if you never give up,” David often says.

Besides, he came from a family where hard work and determination are part of the family creed. His mother emigrated from Costa Rica when she was 22, and his father, an engineer, often worked long hours. “For my mom it was all about hard work and achieving the American dream and having more for her children than she had for herself,” David said. “For me to be mediocre and average there’s no way. To justify her plight, I have to be great.

“You can be talented and have great skills and techniques but if you don’t know how to grind, then it doesn’t mean anything. You’re always going to be inconsistent. My clients deserve my best.” The company is a vehicle to tell stories and help clients achieve their dreams the way others have helped him.

“I love getting the perfect shot that matches up exactly with what I’m seeing in my mind,” he said. “My favorite part is putting the puzzle together piece by piece.”
